Staying on Gold is totally free, but to unlock better perks you can collect Level Points.
In order to move up from Gold to Platinum you need to collect 20,000 points.
To move from Platinum to Diamond you need to collect a total of 100,000 points.
These Level Point earnings must happen over a consecutive 6 month period. We run 2 windows each year and at the end of that period the Level Points are reset and your Level Points total at that time decides your level for the next 6 months.
- Window 1 runs 1 April to 30 September
- Window 2 runs 1 October to 31 March
